THE "I DON'T WANTS IT'S," LAST STAND

Most everyone has seen an infant in a bad mood where everything given to him or her is tossed aside. A rattle, a toy, some food, it doesn't matter they "don't wants it!" They want what they want and they will throw away everything until you coochie coo them into giggling and then they soil themselves and the world is all OK again.

If there is a way to characterize the Baby Boomers, this would be it. The election of Barak Obama just might be their last stand. They cannot not fail in what they are doing. The only question is whether or not America will come out of this irretrievably changed from the principles of its founding or renewed in its place as the beacon of human freedom. Either way the great danger is that the Democrats will invent a great war to extricate us from the same condition that we found ouselves in before WWII.

A frame of reference for this article is again that at cosmicflyswatter.com we are focused on a unity of truth, and we try and view all subjects from the top down. This is of course not possible in the absolute yet if an observer does not admit that there is perfect and absolute truth however unavailable or murky that it may appear, no movement towards a truly clear perspective is even possible.

First I should admit that Barak Obama is not technically a member of the Boomer generation, but he is not technically a Muslim either. He is, however, their last great hope. (See note below)

But let me explain why I call those now in power from the Baby Boomer generation the "I don't wants it's." This generation has had as its clarion call the questioning of authority. It became a philosophical cult. They are the "I Don't Wants Its."

Inequities in race and gender provided a legitimate arena for the cult's growth. But those issues when addressed were not enough to sustain the cult. It had no place to go eventually. It devolved over the last forty years into a permanent victimhood recruitment machine, glamorizing anything it could requisition legitimate or not into little noble fights for justice. The cult members have no pretense for truth since they deny its existence in the absolute. The only truth they are interested in is what they can get away with in their actions while they squeak out platitudes such as "speaking truth to power." But the entire dimension of their delusional reality is covered in a frame of reference whose primary lens is simply "Whaa! I dont wants its!!"

I don't want to recognize that there is any real truth. I don't want any tradition that restricts my fantasies of loving the one I'm with, woman man boy or dog. I don't want to recognize a fetus as a human. I don't want any God who is judgmental. I don't want facist racist white male Christians telling me about morality. I see through that little power structure! I don't want childern to be taught the Ten Commandments from that book used by haters to deny my boyfriend and I the right to get married. As long as there is a single Christian alive that is allowed to quote Leviticus I cannot be happy. I don't want any children to be allowed to hear anything but what we want them to hear about two Daddies and two Mommies. I don't wants it! I don't wants it! I don't wants its!!! Do you hear me!!!!!

I don't want anything but what I want, and I want reality to be made in my own image. Reality is what we make it and we must remake it! And we have the best and the brightest minds on our side. They are all on our side. We have Harvard, Yale, Princeton. We have all the Universities in the East and nothing much else counts now does it? We have all the media except for those empty heads in talk radio and the Internet. So there, our tongues are stuck out at you! We win! We win! We win! We have Barak Obama! Metro-Weanies Rule! America will be Europe before we are done! America must change because I don't wants its the way it was founded!

Meanwhile the Sun comes up and shines down on the saint and sinner alike. And where normal folks are grateful for another day in which they have the opportunity to thank the Living God for all that He has done, and for His needed forgiveness, the Liars are looking for new and improved victimhood. They need new categories of victimhood either for the recruitment of others or to join themselves. This is all they have left after denying the Living God. If man denies the Absolute Justice he will still seek some form of justice. And since he is nothing and has nothing apart from God he must invent his own inferior form of it.

They will fail. It can be no other way. The question is not their failure but whether or not we will go down with them. I believe this is their last stand. Hopefully the next generation can salvage what is left after the Boomers are all dead. Hopefully a New Dark Ages can be averted. I don't wants its.

 

Note: I have been corrected by a legitimate and formidable author, Kyle-Anne Shiver, who points out that Obama is a Baby Boomer being born in 1962. She also informed me that most Baby Boomers grew up and became part of the solution not the problem. She is right about this.
